Introducing a new Marc Le Bihan item from the Spring Summer 2003 collection. Marc Le Bihan created his eponymous brand in 1994. Dark and poetic, his world offers a handcrafted couture full of historical references. An avant-garde fashion designer, far from trends without conforming to the constraints of the commerciale mode. This absolutely amazing maxi skirt consists of 6 layers of fabric. A really impressive construction, the first layer is a black silk organza, followed by three layers of a white tulle sun pleat to give volume, a black taffeta and a satin lining, also black. The craftsmanship is insane. The skirt is asymmetrical with trains on both sides, one is smaller, and other pieces of fabric are showing from the skirt. All fabrics are also cut straight, which is one of the signature of the designer. This skirt is in very good condition!
